EPISODE 117 SHOW NOTES
Today is a monumental day for me, friends! I’m going to be sharing more about my new book, ‘Truth and Dare: Daring to Live Your Truth in a Fake World’, and it’s been a long time coming.
I was honored and very excited to have my dear friend and publisher, Keira Poulsen, as my guest on this episode. She’s much more than a book publisher though, and after meeting her for the first time, I knew she was the person who was going to help me write and publish my book.
Keira Poulsen is the CEO and founder of Freedom House Publishing, and a book channeler. She is a heart-centered leader who helps unblock creators and and channel their messages through published books. She knows that the readers in this world need authors’ messages, and once they are shared out into the world, we are all transformed as a result.
A little back story to my book, what I learned about channeling your book, and how this all came about.
Writing my book has actually been on my mind for about four years. Earlier this year, I realized I had really achieved everything on my vision board that I could, as far as material things go. I was looking around my house and seeing my incredible home that I had just moved into. I was gazing at my car, clothes, and all of the ‘stuff’ around me, and I recognized that I was so, deeply unfulfilled to my core.
I ended up realizing I wasn’t using my gift of communication and the things that really light my fire. My coach recommended that I reach out to Keira about what I was wanting to do with my book. I knew it was meant to be after I first connected with her, and it ended up being so much more than learning to write a book!
In today’s episode, we’re talking about:
- What a book channeler is/what they do (pretty much like a medium, who can give you messages from spirits, except a book channel channels messages from books)
- What happens when you face writer’s block, and the fears that come with it
- How to bless your book, and let it continue to be a part of you

- Why it’s okay for your book writing process to be unorganized and not always make sense
- How to clear everything out so you can be the vessel for your book to come through

Keira is such a beautiful human, and I’m forever grateful that she was able to help and guide me on my journey of writing my book. She truly believes that once the creator within you is unblocked, your soul is liberated, and everything in your life will expand into momentum and freedom.
I can’t even begin to tell you how much the process of writing my book has changed me-I am not the same person I used to be. I show up with more joy, love, peace, and connection in my life, and with those around me. I truly believe my book will have a positive impact on your life, and I’m so excited for you to check it out soon!
