EPISODE 109 SHOW NOTES

I had the honor of having another dear friend of mine, Hollie Hope, as a guest on the podcast this week. Hollie is such a special person who has played a huge part in my transformation and healing story, and she’s helped me find the power of vibration and sound healing through drumming. She’s been able to bring so much into my world I didn’t fully understand, and help me find the connection I didn’t even know I needed.

Hollie Hope is a Master of Intuitive Healing and Sacred Sound Therapy, and is an author, artist, connector, and adventurer. She has a passion for life and loves supporting others on their healing journey by using divine guidance. Hollie feels blessed to get to use her intuitive gifts by helping clients (all in a unique way, depending on the individual) for over fifteen years now.

The power of vibration and sound healing through drumming is truly incredible.

We’ve come together to share more about the #time2heal movement, and it’s like a lion is roaring into the world with this powerful movement. The #metoo movement started everything and brought awareness, but now it’s time to heal. The emotional baggage of yesterday has to be let go, because if we just continue to unload our baggage and not actually heal, we won’t be able to heal from the trauma and hurt we’ve experienced. Using the power of vibration and sound healing (specifically with drumming) is a phenomenal way to do just that.

Drumming was something I was very interested in because I wanted to feel a deeper connection to my source, God, and know and understand who I fully was. I wanted to get to the very essence, and actually be illuminating my own essence.

In today’s episode, we’re talking about:

  • How Hollie and I first connected, and how drumming became an important part of my life
  • Hollie’s unique journey into the world of intuitive healing and drumming
  • Learning to heal ‘the wound of the womb” and work through trauma we’ve experienced, but not exclude men in the process either
  • The pyramid-like healing components of sound and vibration (like drumming) that is so powerful
  • Healing yourself on a deeper level when you exchange sexual and physical energy with another person (and the pleasure and connection that comes from that-like orgasm)
  • Why you need to let go and heal any toxicity still in you before you can receive and keep pleasure
  • A very dark time in Hollie’s life where drumming saved and helped heal her from the trauma she was experiencing

Hollie holds immersive healing experiences (something totally different from a ‘retreat’), and this is where the power of vibration and sound healing through drumming really comes into play. Once you’ve mentally figured out what you needed to, you’ve emotionally connected with it, and you’ve energetically cleared it from your body, the physical aspect is what is left. The physical body holds onto trauma, because your body always remembers.

My conversation with Hollie was so much fun; we dove into several juicy topics (more than just ‘cuddle puddles’, even though those are a lot of fun), that aren’t talked about enough, and need to be shared more. The glorious and shining moments Hollie has experienced are balanced by the darker and challenging times. Through it all though, she has been able to pass on the lessons she’s gained and help others heal, which is truly incredible.

I hope you can feel the love that Hollie conveys, and I know you’re going to resonate so much with what we talked about today!
