We tend to avoid sharing our suffering, but the truth is-we ALL have suffering in this world (there’s no getting around that). While we all face plenty of challenges, suffering is a choice; we don’t have to stay stuck there, because we can change our stories.

In today’s episode, I’m talking more about:

  • Understanding how our experiences should flow through us, and really feeling the emotions that happen with those experiences
  • Learning to become the observer instead of the participant in our stories
  • My own, real-life example of cleaning up after a dinner party, and the different scenarios that were playing out in my head (choosing to play the victim, ask for help, or just enjoy the process)
  • Why we create the stories that we do, and how we can learn to dissect and dismantle them

We attach a story to everything, and this can easily lead to thoughts of worry and failure creeping in. I don’t want you to stay stuck in your suffering; you truly can transform your life, and begin feeling more joy, peace, and love. Sometimes, we just need some help untangling our stories that have been buried deep; asking for help, and being brave enough to really feel the emotions that come up is a beautiful thing!
